Open Harvest
Our food forest thrives through volunteer care and offers open harvest to everyone who stops by to enjoy.
An open harvest site allows anyone to forage freely.
Take only what you need, leave some for others.
Open harvest helps eliminate food waste and prevents fallen fruit that could attract pests.
Take a Class
Take a look at the Events tab to see what classes are coming soon. We host classes on topics such as care and maintenance of trees, how to process and store your harvest, how to capture rain water for reuse, and MORE!
Volunteer
We regularly host volunteer days where you can learn a new skill while helping to maintain the food forest. Volunteer events will be scheduled regularly. See the Events calendar for upcoming dates.
Join the Steering Committee
We are 100% run by volunteers. We always need help on the planning side of things, from designing educational classes to guiding work parties, and writing grant applications and fundraising. This is a great way to see how we are organized and help ensure the FFAB will provide a benefit to the community long into the future.
